You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days, without giving a reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date the contract was concluded. To exercise your right, you have to inform us,

about your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear notification (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the attached sample cancellation form to do so, although this is not obligatory.

To ensure the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send your cancellation notification before the cancellation period expires.

Outcomes of cancellation
When you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments which we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of costs arising from choosing a different type of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery service which we offer) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification about the contract being cancelled. We use the same method of payment that was used in the original transaction for the repayment, unless it is explicitly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged fees for this repayment in any circumstances.

If you require the services to begin during the cancellation period, a reasonable amount has to be paid to us in proportion to the services provided up until the time when you informed us that you were cancelling this contract, in comparison to the overall level of service provided in the contract.


 

As soon as you have ordered goods from us under a sales contract, the following cancellation policy applies:

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have demonstrated that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

You have to send the goods back to us or hand them over immediately and always within fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your cancellation of the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen day period. You bear all immediate costs of returning the goods.

You only need to pay for the goods’ diminished value if the loss in value is due to unnecessary handling of the goods to ascertain their condition, qualities and functions.

Grounds for exclusion and termination

The cancellation right does not apply to contracts

  • delivering goods which are not prefabricated and of which the consumer does not significantly and individually choose or determine their production or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
  • delivering goods that can quickly spoil or whose expiration date ends quickly;
  • delivering alcoholic drinks (for which the price has been agreed on in the contract) which may be delivered 30 days after the conclusion of the contract at the earliest and whose current value depends on market fluctuations on which the contractor has no influence on; - delivering newspapers, journals or magazines with exception to subscriptions.

The cancellation period expires prematurely in contracts

  • delivering sealed goods, which can not appropriately be returned if the seal was removed after delivery, due to health and hygiene reasons.
  • delivering goods, if, due to their nature, they were mixed with other goods after delivery.
  • delivering audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.
